Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL32P21 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,690 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL32P21-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NFATC2_S326, ARHGAP15_S64, and PARD3B_S746. Each is linked with RPL32P21 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL32P21-to-partner and partner-to-RPL32P21 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL32P21 versus NFATC2_S326 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.
