Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL32P21 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,383 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL32P21-associated genes across cancer lineages are ADCY2, SSPN, and AMOT. Each is linked with RPL32P21 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL32P21-to-partner and partner-to-RPL32P21 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL32P21 versus ADCY2 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL32P21→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL32P21) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
