Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL32P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,131 significant associations in total. KIRC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL32P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein polyubiquitination, RNA 3'-end processing, and Regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with RPL32P2 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL32P2-to-partner and partner-to-RPL32P2 results are reported.
