Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL32P13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,172 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL32P13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPARCL1_S92, MTMR2, and NOLC1_S397. Each is linked with RPL32P13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL32P13-to-partner and partner-to-RPL32P13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL32P13 versus SPARCL1_S92 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL32P13→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL32P13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
