RPL32P1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL32P1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,932 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL32P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DOCK10, DOCK8, and HLA-DPA1. Each is linked with RPL32P1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL32P1-to-partner and partner-to-RPL32P1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL32P1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL32P1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
