RPL31P63

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL31P63 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,746 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL31P63-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal large subunit assembly, Ribosomal large subunit biogenesis, and Cytoplasmic translation. Each is linked with RPL31P63 in more than 24 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL31P63-to-partner and partner-to-RPL31P63 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Ribosomal large subunit assembly grouped by RPL31P63-low versus RPL31P63-high in ACC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL31P63→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL31P63) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
