Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL31P57 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPL31P57 data layer compared with 15 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in skin cutaneous melanoma (SKCM), where higher RPL31P57 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL31P57 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SKCM and LUSC are the cancer types where RPL31P57 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
