Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL31 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL31-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK_pT183_Y185, JNK2, and Ku80. Each is linked with RPL31 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL31-to-partner and partner-to-RPL31 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK_pT183_Y185 grouped by RPL31-low versus RPL31-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL31→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL31) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
