Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL30P6 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL30P6 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher RPL30P6 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL30P6 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and ACC show a favorable association.
UVM, BLCA, and PAAD are the cancer types where RPL30P6 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
