RPL30P4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL30P4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,592 significant associations in total. DLBC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL30P4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPSAP61, RPS3AP21, and RPL23P8. Each is linked with RPL30P4 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL30P4-to-partner and partner-to-RPL30P4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL30P4 versus RPSAP61 in READ, with a Pearson correlation of 0.62.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL30P4→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL30P4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
