RPL30P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL30P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,880 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL30P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NRF1, ZNF318_S81, and ZNF740_S44. Each is linked with RPL30P2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL30P2-to-partner and partner-to-RPL30P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL30P2 versus NRF1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL30P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL30P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
