Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,204 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PTPN1, PHPT1, and SAMD9L. Each is linked with RPL3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL3-to-partner and partner-to-RPL3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL3 versus PTPN1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.19.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
