Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,722 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL5, CCL4, and TUBGCP5. Each is linked with RPL3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL3-to-partner and partner-to-RPL3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CCL5 grouped by RPL3-low versus RPL3-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
