Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 30 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, Notch1, and p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182. Each is linked with RPL3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL3-to-partner and partner-to-RPL3 results are reported.
