Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPL3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,309 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Transcription initiation at mitochondrial promoter, Protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum, and Negative regulation of protein catabolic process. Each is linked with RPL3 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL3-to-partner and partner-to-RPL3 results are reported.
