Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL29P7 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL29P7 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher RPL29P7 RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL29P7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and KIRP show a favorable association.
BLCA, KIRP, and ACC are the cancer types where RPL29P7 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
