RPL29P33

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL29P33 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,422 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL29P33-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL14P1, RPL3P2, and RPS27AP5. Each is linked with RPL29P33 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL29P33-to-partner and partner-to-RPL29P33 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL29P33 versus RPL14P1 in KICH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL29P33→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL29P33) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
