RPL29

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL29 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,568 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL29-associated proteins across cancer lineages are IMPDH2, NOP16, and SPOUT1. Each is linked with RPL29 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL29-to-partner and partner-to-RPL29 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL29 versus IMPDH2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL29→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL29) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
