Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL29 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL29-associated genes across cancer lineages are GMP, MPP, and Pericytes. Each is linked with RPL29 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL29-to-partner and partner-to-RPL29 results are reported.
