Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPL29 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,435 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL29-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endosomal transport, Mitochondrial disulfide relay system, and Protein localization to vacuole. Each is linked with RPL29 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL29-to-partner and partner-to-RPL29 results are reported.
