RPL28P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL28P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,160 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL28P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MGAT2, DDX42, and ORC5. Each is linked with RPL28P2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL28P2-to-partner and partner-to-RPL28P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL28P2 versus MGAT2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL28P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL28P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
