Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RPL27AP8 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RPL27AP8 expression is associated with patient survival in 14 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in CESC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RPL27AP8 is differentially expressed in 2, with the highest sampling consensus in COAD. Additionally, RPL27AP8 RNA expression shows 4,097 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Together, these results highlight CESC, COAD, and BRCA as cancer lineages where RPL27AP8 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.
