Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL26P9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,142 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL26P9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DPYD, GBP2, and DOK2. Each is linked with RPL26P9 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL26P9-to-partner and partner-to-RPL26P9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL26P9→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL26P9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
