Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL26P9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,221 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL26P9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of post-translational protein modification, Immune system development, and Regulation of protein ubiquitination. Each is linked with RPL26P9 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL26P9-to-partner and partner-to-RPL26P9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
