RPL26P35

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL26P35 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,282 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL26P35-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPRD2, SF3B3, and HNRNPR. Each is linked with RPL26P35 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL26P35-to-partner and partner-to-RPL26P35 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL26P35 versus RPRD2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL26P35→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL26P35) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
