Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL26P30 RNA is linked to patient survival in 21 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL26P30 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher RPL26P30 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL26P30 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and OV show a favorable association.

UVM, LIHC, and ESCA are the cancer types where RPL26P30 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
