The most reproducible RPL26P29-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GINS3, MKI67, and UTP4. Each is linked with RPL26P29 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL26P29-to-partner and partner-to-RPL26P29 results are reported.
