Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL26L1 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RPL26L1 data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RPL26L1 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL26L1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and COAD show a favorable association.

UCEC, PDAC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where RPL26L1 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
