RPL26L1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL26L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,612 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL26L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TTC1, UQCRQ, and CDKN2AIPNL. Each is linked with RPL26L1 in more than 32 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL26L1-to-partner and partner-to-RPL26L1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL26L1 versus TTC1 in KICH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.74.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL26L1→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL26L1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
