Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL26L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,373 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL26L1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NOP16, NPM1_S254, and EIF4G1. Each is linked with RPL26L1 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL26L1-to-partner and partner-to-RPL26L1 results are reported.
