Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL26L1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,092 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL26L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FPR2, MED4, and RNF38. Each is linked with RPL26L1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL26L1-to-partner and partner-to-RPL26L1 results are reported.
