Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL26L1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL26L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JNK2 and Notch1. Each is linked with RPL26L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL26L1-to-partner and partner-to-RPL26L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, JNK2 grouped by RPL26L1-low versus RPL26L1-high in UCEC.
