Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPL26L1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,288 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL26L1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of chromosome separation, Regulation of heart rate by cardiac conduction, and DNA replication initiation. Each is linked with RPL26L1 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL26L1-to-partner and partner-to-RPL26L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of chromosome separation grouped by RPL26L1-low versus RPL26L1-high in PANCREAS.
