Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPL26L1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL26L1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TECRL. Each is linked with RPL26L1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL26L1-to-partner and partner-to-RPL26L1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TECRL grouped by RPL26L1-low versus RPL26L1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
