RPL26

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,360 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL26-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YWHAE, PFAS, and SPAG7. Each is linked with RPL26 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL26-to-partner and partner-to-RPL26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL26 versus YWHAE in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.48.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL26→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
