Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL26 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL26-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBM17P2, RPL34P36, and IL9. Each is linked with RPL26 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL26-to-partner and partner-to-RPL26 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RBM17P2 grouped by RPL26-low versus RPL26-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL26→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
