RPL26

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPL26 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,431 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL26-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vacuolar transport, Multi-pass transmembrane protein insertion into ER membrane, and Regulation of transcription of nucleolar large rRNA by RNA polymerase I. Each is linked with RPL26 in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL26-to-partner and partner-to-RPL26 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Vacuolar transport grouped by RPL26-low versus RPL26-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL26→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL26) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
