RPL23P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL23P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,469 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL23P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCAF4, SNRNP200, and SON. Each is linked with RPL23P2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL23P2-to-partner and partner-to-RPL23P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL23P2 versus SCAF4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL23P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL23P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
