Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL23AP59 RNA is linked to patient survival in 23 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL23AP59 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher RPL23AP59 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL23AP59 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and LUSC show a favorable association.

STAD, HNSC, and LUSC are the cancer types where RPL23AP59 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
