Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RPL23AP37 RNA is linked to patient survival in 22 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated RPL23AP37 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in liver hepatocellular carcinoma (LIHC), where higher RPL23AP37 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RPL23AP37 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and THCA show a favorable association.
LIHC, CESC, and ACC are the cancer types where RPL23AP37 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
