RPL23AP17

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL23AP17 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,048 significant associations in total. LAML shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL23AP17-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLFNL1-AS1, MALAT1, and PITRM1-AS1. Each is linked with RPL23AP17 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL23AP17-to-partner and partner-to-RPL23AP17 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL23AP17→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL23AP17) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
