RPL23A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL23A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,817 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL23A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NSRP1, GIT1, and VEZF1. Each is linked with RPL23A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL23A-to-partner and partner-to-RPL23A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL23A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL23A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
