The most reproducible RPL23A-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPIN1, CREB1, and TTBK2. Each is linked with RPL23A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL23A-to-partner and partner-to-RPL23A results are reported.
