RPL23A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL23A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL23A-associated genes across cancer lineages are FoxM1, Ku80, and MEK1. Each is linked with RPL23A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL23A-to-partner and partner-to-RPL23A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL23A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL23A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
