RPL23A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RPL23A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,530 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL23A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Antigen processing and presentation of peptide antigen via MHC class I, Mitochondrial DNA metabolic process, and Positive regulation of fibroblast growth factor receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with RPL23A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL23A-to-partner and partner-to-RPL23A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL23A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL23A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
