Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL22P8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,547 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL22P8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARFIP1, VSIR_S305, and ZMYM4_S1071. Each is linked with RPL22P8 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL22P8-to-partner and partner-to-RPL22P8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL22P8 versus ARFIP1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.43.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL22P8→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL22P8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
