RPL22P2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL22P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,113 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL22P2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TSC2_S1411, RPL4, and RPS8. Each is linked with RPL22P2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL22P2-to-partner and partner-to-RPL22P2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL22P2 versus TSC2_S1411 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL22P2→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL22P2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
