RPL22P19

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL22P19 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,158 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RPL22P19-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPIL2, CRYBB2P1, and CCDC134. Each is linked with RPL22P19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL22P19-to-partner and partner-to-RPL22P19 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPIL2 grouped by RPL22P19-low versus RPL22P19-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL22P19→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL22P19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
