Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL22P19 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL22P19-associated genes across cancer lineages are Fibronectin, Heregulin, and IGFBP2. Each is linked with RPL22P19 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL22P19-to-partner and partner-to-RPL22P19 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Fibronectin grouped by RPL22P19-low versus RPL22P19-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL22P19→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL22P19) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
