Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RPL22P13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 5,639 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RPL22P13-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TIAM1_S358, PDPK1, and PARG_S291. Each is linked with RPL22P13 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RPL22P13-to-partner and partner-to-RPL22P13 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RPL22P13 versus TIAM1_S358 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RPL22P13→partner) and Y-score (partner→RPL22P13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
